ALS Consulting was founded by Allan and Linda Scherr to provide services and support for organizations and individuals in the following areas:
- Engineering Project Management, particularly complex, multi-site, international projects involving multiple system components.
- Addressing breakdowns of all types and resolving them while maintaining schedules, budget, and quality.
- Producing quantum leaps in productivity as measured by project costs and schedules.
- Organizational culture in the domains of integrity, leadership, innovation, diversity, empowerment, and morale
- Individual coaching and training for executives, managers and individual contributors.
